The Intelligent Maritime Corridors International Council (IMC IC) is a non-profit organization founded on January 15, 2021, in Quebec City.The IMC IC proposes a new model of collaboration and co-development for the construction of intelligent maritime corridors, internationally, one of them could be that of St.Lawrence  and Great Lakes  system. The international maritime community is affected by the accelerated development of new quantum, digital and information technologies. The financial, environmental, security and cybersecurity, interoperability, ethical and societal issues are reviewed with national and international organizations in support of a new ecosystem..
